Terms, Conditions, & Cancellations

Payment

·         Great Lakes Bin Cleaners will invoice the customer upon initial sign-up for subscriptions. The customer agrees to pay for all services provided at the price listed, prior to services being rendered.

·         One-time services will be invoiced at the time of completion for services rendered. The customer agrees to pay for all services provided at the listed price or the quoted and agreed upon price upon completion of the services.

·         All unpaid invoices 14 days and older will be considered delinquent. A $14 fee will be added to all delinquent invoices and an additional $1 fee per day will be added to these delinquent invoices until they are paid in full. A stop payment fee of $10 will be added to any payments that are cancelled / revoked after services have been rendered.

·         Great Lakes Bin Cleaners reserves the right to suspend any service without notice upon rejection of payment or upon dispute.

Cancellation

·         Services may be cancelled at any time by calling the business number at 269-357-3358 and leaving a message or speaking to GLBC staff.

·         If the cancellation request is done 24 hours before the next scheduled service, no additional charges or services will take place.

·         Cancellation requests called in less than 24 hours before scheduled service will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the price of the scheduled services.

·         Cancellation requests called in after the scheduled service was completed will still be charged in full. Service will then be cancelled, and no further charges will take place.

·         If a subscription service is cancelled after the first cleaning, the customer will be charged the price of a one-time cleaning minus any previous payment.
